Loosening the Torso

If I’m treating a musculoskeletal condition with acupuncture or massage, It’s quite common that I’ll also give exercises to be carried out between treatments.
However, no matter what targeted stretches you do, it’s always best to have a good general exercise routine, to keep your body in the best of health.
