Background
I began experiencing severe IBS symptoms in the mid-2000s, and it was acupuncture that helped restore my health.
After completing my foundation training in Shiatsu, I was inspired to deepen my understanding of Eastern medicine — which led me to train in acupuncture.
Since 2011, I’ve worked in a busy acupuncture clinic, developing my skills alongside experienced practitioners. I also carried out group ear acupuncture sessions at the mental health charity MIND, supporting people with anxiety, insomnia, depression, addictions, and stress-related symptoms.
After moving to South London in 2017, I began treating clients from my home practice and a local clinic in Crystal Palace, while also providing on-site corporate treatments for a multinational company in London Victoria.
Philosophy
I believe in life-long learning and have continued to expand my skills through a range of CPD courses, including Ear Acupuncture, Classical Acupuncture in the Jeffrey Yuen tradition, Cosmetic/Facial Acupuncture, and Master Tung Acupuncture.
Recently I completed training in sound healing, vibrational acupuncture (tuning forks) and hijama.
