About Me

About me

I have over 15 years of experience as a practitioner.  I combine Eastern and Western disciplines to help people understand the relationship between their minds and their bodies. This helps my clients to improve their wellbeing in a balanced and realistic way.


I started work as a full-time practitioner whilst living in Brighton. From 2011,  I worked in a multi-bed acupuncture clinic, where several couches are lined up and separated by screens. This enabled several practitioners to work alongside each other.  It was great experience which enabled me to develop my skills learning alongside other experienced practitioners.

In Brighton I also performed group ear acupuncture sessions at the MIND Charity. This involved treating people suffering with anxiety, insomnia, depression, addictions and stress- related symptoms, in a safe and cost-effective environment.   

I juggled working out of a number of clinics on different days of the week. This included working alongside physiotherapists at a clinic in Central London for over two years. I moved to Crystal Palace in 2018. Today, I  focus on providing acupuncture and massage treatments in  three clinics at: Norwood Junction, Crystal Palace  and Brighton.

Over the years I have worked with hundreds of clients, to help with: recovery from injuries (occupational or sports-related); better coping with stress and anxiety; improving the prospects for starting a family; and helping to maintain vitality and age gracefully. 

I believe in life-long learning. Over the years I have completed several CPD courses in Ear Acupuncture; Classical Acupuncture (Jeffrey Yuen style); Cosmetic/Facial Acupuncture; Fertility Acupuncture; and Master Tung Acupuncture.  I also hold a Level 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy from the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM) which I completed in 2015. 

Outside work, I enjoy going for walks in nature, yoga, meditation and relaxing.
