Yvonne Abel
Yvonne is a Remedial Massage Therapist and licensed practitioner of Traditional and Classical Chinese Medicine, specialising in acupuncture, Tui Na massage, and holistic healing.
With over 15 years of experience, she combines Eastern wisdom with Western techniques to support the body’s natural ability to heal & thrive.
Her work focuses on restoring physical and emotional wellbeing, with a special interest in stress relief, injury recovery, chronic pain, and nervous system regulation.
Yvonne holds a BTEC Level 5 qualification in Sports and Remedial Massage and is a member of both the Acupuncture Society and the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM).
Yvonne combines Traditional and Classical Chinese Medicine with range-of-motion testing, palpation, and massage to assess and address muscle imbalances. She treats a wide range of concerns including chronic pain, postural issues, and work- or sports-related injuries. Her treatments often blend multiple techniques—such as massage, acupuncture, cupping, LED/light therapy, sound therapy, and essential oils—to support recovery and overall wellbeing.

MASSAGE
Massage supports relaxation, recovery, and overall wellbeing. It helps relieve stress-related issues like poor posture, muscle tension, and chronic pain, while improving circulation, calming the nervous system, and enhancing breathing and body alignment.
